		<description>As strange and nasty as it may sound (depending on your thoughts on the ingredient), you may want to try using tofu.  The great thing about tofu is you can spice it up and you will end up with something somewhat comparable to the eggs in consistency.  

Definitely try out the biscuits.  I was shocked when I saw Elisabeth make them for the first time.  I had it in my head it was a big process to make them.</description>
